As the cost of education rises, one Amsterdam student has come up with a novel solution to the mounting debt problem by selling shares in himself.

Paul de Haas needs €25,000 to fund his postgraduate studies in strategic development. On October 1 he will be issuing 500 shares, each priced at 50 euros, to cover the cost.

As well financing Paul’s studies, shareholders will be entitled to call on his services for half an hour.

As well as strategic development and communications advice, he also offers less specialist help in the form of website design or even party planning.

Anyone who wants to find out more about buying shares in Paul can contact him at dehaasp@gmail.com.
